ORDERING WROUGHT IRON COMPONENTS* Customers placing an order are welcome to visit our trade counter. Component orders are accepted by telephone, e-commerce website and email. Simply quote the component art reference numbers from the web site and quantity required.* There is no need to open an account when ordering components or gate and railing parts.* Collecting components, customers are ask to place there order requirements at least one hour prior to collection.* Component orders placed for stock items only are normally dispatched within 48 hours, non stock and made to measure items are estimated and will depend on the item and the quantities required.* Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct pricing is used as listed on a our Ecommerce web site: www.wroughtironcomponents.co.uk

* Our products are available and dispatched throughout the UK mainland only.* Goods are not available or dispatched to: Northern Ireland - Republic of Ireland - Isle of Man - Shetland Isles - Orkney Islands - Hebrides - Guernsey - Jersey.* Goods are delivered using our own transport and national carriers.* Customers are responsible for make suitable arrangements to receive, check and sign for their consignment; this will avoid any inconvenience and re - delivery charges being incurred or debited to your account.* No claim can be made once the goods are sign for.* Component orders with a delivery address to the: Scottish Highlands IV/KW1-14/PA34/PA37-39/PH19-40/PH49-50/PH41 Sector 4, please contact our component counter for a quote.* Component orders are currently charged out at a flat rate of £ 15.00 plus vat up to a weight of 20 kilos, thereafter 25p per kilo rate applies.* Parcels with a net weight of up to 20 Kilo's and a length over 1.2 metres but not exceeding 2.0 metres are listed as large parcels and charged at a flat rate cost plus vat.* Maximum steel length permitted within our local van delivery areas is 3.0 metres.* Customers are advised due to the nature, weight and length of some wrought iron components and associated goods, carriage charges are set at cost by the courior company .* Customers will be advised at the time of ordering if an item is out of stock, on back order or made to measure.* Paints are not available on our national delivery network.* M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components reserve the right to amend post and packaging charges without notice.* Orders with a net value of less £ 100.00 will be subject to our standard rate of £ 15.00 plus vat.* Component orders with a net value of more than £ 100.00 are delivered free within our local van delivery area only.* Delivery on component parcels with a net weight of up to 20 Kilo's and a length not exceeding 1.2 metres are charged at a flat rate of £ 15.00 plus vat.* Parcels with a length exceeding 2.0 metres will incur additional net work handling surcharges based on length, weight and the number of parcels sent - please contact our component counter for a quote.* Orders received Monday to Friday for stock items only are usually dispatched with in 24 hours, with the exception of made to order items.* Saturday deliveries before 12noon are not available.
MISSING ITEMS* Missing items must be reported to M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components within 24 hours with the exception of made to measure or out of stock items.* Consignment delivery notes must be signed in the presence of the delivery driver.
RETURNED GOODS* Goods ordered and delivered can only be returned if approved by M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components and a return of goods number has been issued.* Customers are responsible for the packaging, ensuring the returned goods arrive at our business premises in good clean conditions.* Customer ordering incorrect goods are responsible for the return of goods and carriage costs.* Credit notes or refunds will not be issued if the goods are not returned within 5 working days.* Goods returned will be subject to a restocking charge of £ 20.00 plus vat.* Delivery charges are met by the customer, therefore customers must make a direct claim with the carrier for damaged goods and not with M.C. Products Wrought Iron Components.* Customers wishing to track there consignment must do so through the carriers customers services department quoting the consignment number etc., and not through our component counter.
